Perhaps, authorizing Teresa as our agent in the first place is a better choice. We had a rocky time with a "slow-motion" help from people around us for selling our property and after almost 3 months of waiting. Yet, although the condo has its own problem as well, we were given only two weeks' notice from the lawyer before the closure, and there is still a tenant in the Condo! We went to Teresa for help, she offers us immediate support and at the same time, her team is out for hunting the place for my tenant!
